In 2000 at the urging of their clients, a small group of long time general contractors put their heads together to design a customer service solution that would provide for their clients an immediate construction response solution for their hundreds of locations nationwide. The goal was to maintain the same quality of service they were accustomed to from the general contracting services and provide a long term solution to handle their growing volume of maintenance management responsibilities throughout the nation. What that need spawned was to bring a dedicated team of construction and maintenance professionals with over 80 years of combined experience in retail facilities to the table.
